Whisker Wednesday
This Wednesday, October 7, is Whisker Wednesday! Students will be reintroduced to their Whisker groups and spend time together participating in games and activities. We also encourage students to wear their LME school gear or our school colours, red and black.
For families who are new to Whisker Wednesday, this is a monthly event at Little Mountain where students meet in mixed-grade groups to build connections, develop a sense of belonging, and strengthen school spirit beyond their regular classrooms. Groups remain as consistent as possible from year to year to honour and build on the relationships that are formed.
Pro-D Day
The school will be closed on October 9th for a Pro-D day.

Bell Schedule for 2026-2027
- 8:20am - Warning Bell
- 8:24am - Classes in session
- 10:14-10:29am - Recess
- 12:04-12:44pm - Lunch
- 2:24pm - Dismissal
Just a friendly reminder that morning supervision begins at 8:05 a.m. We ask that students not arrive before this time unless they are accompanied by an adult. After school, we encourage students to head home promptly. Beginning at 2:35 p.m., staff will check for any students still waiting for pickup, and those who remain will be brought to the office.
